The best way to get involved in Shandon College Ministry is to join us for Sunday Bible Study. We begin the morning with coffee, donuts and announcements in the gym and then dismiss to classes for teaching and discussion.
Directions: Facing the back entrances of the church, enter on the right side with the covered overhang. The gym is immediately on your right, just past the Welcome Center.
Time: 10:00am (Students attend the Modern Worship Service at 11:30am afterward.)
Catch the Shuttle from USC: Shuttles pick up from the Horseshoe, Capstone, and Blatt at 9:30am.
Small Groups are single-gender groups, led by student leaders, that meet during Fall and Spring Semesters for discipleship. Groups study a book of the Bible, and Scripture memory, prayer and discussion are a part every group meeting. The evening concludes with worship at 8:30pm.

We believe it's important to be part of your local church through serving. But we also want to serve beyond the walls of the church. Shandon College Ministry and Shandon Baptist Church offer students opportunities to do both.
Shandon College Ministry thrives on leadership and involvement from our students. In service to one another, our students grow spiritually, relationally, and socially. Leadership and service positions include everything from Sunday morning greeters, to tailgate set-up, to Small Group leaders, Coffee House helpers, retreats, and so much more. If you are interested in current leadership positions or have a new idea for our ministry, contact David Taylor.
The Children's, Middle School and High School Ministries at Shandon are active groups with many opportunities for Shandon College Ministry students to teach the next generation about Christ. If you are interested in serving with AWANA or the Children's Ministry, contact our Children's Minister, Mimi Brookshire. Prefer investing in the lives of Middle School or High School Students? Contact the Student Ministry Administrative Assistant, Anna Williams.
Shandon College Ministry offers at least two national and/or international mission trip opportunities each year: usually one over spring break and one in the summer. Learn more in Sunday School or contact David Taylor. Students are also invited to participate in Shandon's adult mission trips.
Looking to get involved in local ministry? Shandon and our community partners provide many opportunities to serve our neighbors. Contact Shandon's Missions Ministry for more information about getting involved.
