Men's Ministry

Our Men's Ministry here at Shandon Baptist Church exists to help men build relationships with each other and with Christ and to provide opportunities for service, in their church and community.

Our Mission Statement
To grow strong men of God in our church, our community and our world, by reaching out to men within our church walls as well as outside in our church community with the message of Jesus Christ.

The Vision Statement
To lead men to know Christ as their personal Savior and to be discipled into a deeper relationship with Him.

We accomplish this task by providing opportunity for men of all ages to meet together through the focus and content of a variety of events held each year. Events that provide fellowship and spiritual growth. A consorted effort is made to reach men in our community who have not made a commitment to Christ and have little or no association with a local church.  

We seek to train and develop a strong core of men who have a desire and commitment to reach out in the name of Christ. We seek to accomplish this task by providing events such as the following: Prayer breakfasts, father/son fun events, spring and fall golf tournaments.
