National Partnership
Beginning in January 2009, Shandon formed a three year partnership with the oldest Southern Baptist Church in Pennsylvania. From 2009-2011, Shandon provided financial, prayer, and people resources to help Pittsburgh Baptist reach its target population. Mission trips will be planned each year to give Shandon members an opportunity for first hand involvement in mission work.
Now that our three-year partnership with Pittsburgh Baptist Church has concluded, a search has begun for a new national partnership. Plans are to announce that partnership by the end of February 2012. Once a new national partnership is finalized, adult trips will be planned for 2012 and announced here.
