Pledge Instructions
- If you desire to pledge jointly with your spouse, write "Mr. and Mrs." on one card with your pledge information and on the other spouse's card write "Pledge with spouse." Return both cards. If you already pledge jointly, simply fill out one card and return.
- Pledge cards can also be returned by mailing them to the church office, or you may download a PDF file of the pledge card and fill it out on your computer. Save the file and email it as an attachment to . If you choose to print and mail your card, please send it to:
