Women's Ministry
The Women's Ministry at Shandon is a vibrant part of our church community. We are women in:
- Discipleship - We provide Bible studies in the fall and spring, a Summer Oasis during July, and at least one day-long conference a year to help women grow in their personal relationship with the Lord and learn to be more like Jesus.
- Prayer - Two-way conversations with the Lord are an important part of a vibrant personal relationship with Christ as well as a vibrant ministry. We encourage you to be a part of Shandon's Prayer Ministry.
- Missions - We partner with Daybreak Crisis Pregnancy Center to support their ministry efforts in our community. We also look forward to having specific areas of ministry to women through Shandon's upcoming short-term trips to Pittsburgh and Nicaragua. To get involved, email .
- Ministry -We are here to support one another and our church family by helping women discover and use their spiritual gifts. For ways you can be a part of this growing ministry, email .
- Fellowship - We love to have fun with the girls! We offer TAG (Touching Another Generation) twice a year and Ladies Night Out at least once a year. Both of these events are great opportunities to refresh each others' hearts in Christ (Philemon 1:20).
